Cancellation of your order

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Shipping takes 3 business days, so please contact us within 3 business days if you wish to cancel.
Cancellations cannot be accepted after shipment. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellations cannot be made through the website.
Please send an email to shop@goldwing-watch.com, the email address you received when you placed your order, with the following information:
Subject: "Cancellation Request"
Body: Your 10-digit order number starting with GWW-26, our product number (GWW followed by 6 digits), your "Name," "Address," "Phone Number," and "Email Address."
We will check the shipping status and inform you whether the cancellation has been confirmed.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations once shipping has been completed.
