Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. As orders are processed within 3 business days, please contact us within 3 business days of placing your order if you wish to cancel.
Cancellations after shipment cannot be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellations cannot be made through the website.
Please send an email to shop@goldwing-watch.com with the following information:
- Subject: "Cancellation Request"
- Body: Your 10-digit order number (starting with GWW-26), our product number (GWW + 6 digits), your full name, address, phone number, and email address.

We will check the shipping status and confirm whether the cancellation can be processed.
Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted once the order has been shipped.
